What is Success?

Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress.
Lifestyle is a way of life established by a society, culture, group or individual. This includes patterns of behaviour, interaction, consumption, work, activity and interests that describe how a person spends their time
We continuously compare ourselves with others, on our appearance, image and profile which we persevere on what we portray to our family, friends and the general public every minute, hour, day and lifetime. So why do we not compare ourselves to our internal profile and self-image?
The decision-making process includes all these relevant factors such as facts, logic, gut feeling, practicality, creativity, risk, security, stability, sensibility, common sense, feasibility, financial etc
Starting with laying the foundation of our mental make-up with the concrete mixture of passion and perseverance, once this has stabilized then the design of bricks (thoughts and emotions) are cemented into the structure to reinforce the ability of handling any adversity and setbacks before getting stronger and resilient.
